I kinda wish it was hinged for feeding, but so far, so good. Easy to install with provided clips.

I notice that durability is not one of the features to be rated. This thing is cheaply made, flimsy and wayyyyyyy overpriced.

Something with the connection got messed up.

Not really an issue for day to day but when cleaning my tank the lights never stayed in the slots with the lid open past 90 degrees.

Purchased to replace one of which had a unrepairable switch.

My aquarium is much brighter and more colorfull with this hood.

Previous versions had you plugging the power cable directly into the light fixture ontop of the hood.
