Pros

This heater works flawlessly. This one is perfect! Rated correctly and does the job.

Temperature control is via dial. It matches my separate thermometer, so accurate, but it's not very fined grained, so not overly precise.

Cons

Heater keeps shutting off, never to turn on. Not sure if this is a faulty heater but out of 3 heaters, this is buy far the worse experience i've ever had with one. It fills with humidity/ water.

Luckily the product doesn't appear to be damaged, but it's weird something that's made of glass isn't shipped as fragile.

I see reviews where customers received theirs shattered and i'm not surprised.

Price

The price is ok and it works as intended.

Competitiveness

So far way better then my previous eheim heater.

Still a way better price than anywhere you can find in stores, so worth the risk.

I'm usually an eheim guy but thought i'd give this a try for a planted tank.
