Pros
Price is great compared to the pet store pricing. Cheaper than purchasing locally. Shipping is always as expected.
Cons
I'm almost wondering if these are rejects, that's why their so cheap! Wont be ordering again despite the great price. Extremely hard to cancel subscription.
Even on a brand new cycled tank (zero fish), they clog. The charcoal in these is about 1/4 of the original ones and some of the charcoals fell out of the cartridge and is sitting in the bottom of the box. Busted packaging and black smudge all over.

A perfect fit everytime i rinse them a few times before changing, for a fresh one been using these for years quality product
These filters work good and can be rincés out an reused multiple times.
I have complained about this several times, but your lack of changing this mishandling says a lot about your lack of quality control!
These last 2-3 weeks with two 75 gal filters running on the 75 gal tank.

These cleared my tank up immediately, the filter media is obviously higher quality, and contains more carbon than the off name brand.
Considering this exact same box runs $25 and change at my local petco, you can’t beat this deal.

I though i could just rinse the algae off and reuse but apparently the charcoal inside isnt reusable and reusing can introduce chlorine from my tap water into the tank

I was being a miser and putting new bulk carbon or other media the previous cartridges but at this price i have other things to do

These are ok at best but the better option is to buy your own media and cut to fit i bought marineland penguin refillable media cartridge right here of amazon and some aquatic experts aquarium filter floss duel density see my review on the marineland penguin refillable media cartridge on how to easy mod the unit this blows away these oe filters in every way saving money to boot
