Pros & Cons
Cons
The online tournament mode is so laggy it’s unplayable.
While this game has a good skeleton, it lacks muscle. This feels uncharacteristically rushed, quite frankly. The core mechanics are are great, but they deserve to be in an actual game. There is simply not enough content.
Campaign is a horrible tutorial with mechanics that are there to trick you. Adventure mode is mostly just a series of extended tutorials with a leveling aspect completely meaningless to the core game. What's the point of having an rpg-like system when... Read More
The game has a hard time deciphering back hand shots from forward shots.
Since this game is now useless to me. This is garbage, not worth my time and i wish i could turn it into a game worth owning.
Highlights
Quality
I love it and so does my partner, and we are heavy gamers.
I gave it 4 stars because it’s very polished and plays well, when the computer isn’t pummeling you.
This mario tennis game is easily the hardest of any mario sports games i’ve ever played.
Great game, but really short single play contents.
Price
If you do not have online or only play single player, i would not recommend this for above ~$20.
A little expensive, but all of the nintendo originals are $50-$60 usually.
Shipping
It came on time, packaged well and no problems.
Competitiveness
The multiplayer and gameplay looks good as you can easily compete with others online.

Only thing i don’t enjoy is the swing mode option it sounds like fun but you find yourself swinging the joy con before the tennis ball even hits your racket and when you try to slow down waiting for the ball to come a little closer before swinging you miss it’s not very accurate
