Pros
It is amazing! It is durable & works well! We keep it plugged in constantly. The sound machine is great for travelling- small, compact and portable.
Cons
Well the video sums it up. We're super disappointed but it is no longer operable. Very disappointing and expected more for the price.

I contacted customer service and they got back to me within hours saying they would send a new one!
