Pros

Outstanding customer support and great service all around. For comparison, top lights are 2’ argobrite t5s, and bottom left and right are dirt genius 280’s.

Pic is after both drivers replaced. No frills plug and play, have had 3 running wide open for 8 weeks with no problems.

Cons

Mars claims to have a 5 year warranty. Can seem to get these warrantied (was supposed to be 5 years). Only got 13 months. Would not recommend this brand. It is very dangerous to have an electrical short in the cables. Additionally, the board cable con... Read More

It just burns so hot, after a hour or so can't even touch the back. The shroud is really too hot to touch.

Stay with reputable companies, and away from mars hydro. Mars hydro corporate keeps referring me to their amazon rep who plays stall games and offers no real solutions. They just keep sending worthless emails that accomplish nothing.

Reward, second grow is two weeks in, goal of 100 grams!

Price

I got it for $54 on sale and now it is $58 so not a very big investment to grow a few herbs indoors.

For the price can't complain i guess
