Pros

No frills plug and play, have had 3 running wide open for 8 weeks with no problems. Fast shipping, good packing.

The difference in root balls and stalk quality is insane. Currently using it for a single seedling until the rest germinates. Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers & jalapeño peppers.

It's a wonderful life it fits perfectly in the 2 x 2 x 4 tent at sleek. The dim setting works well and the separate ballast has a cord long enough to hang ballast outside the tent to help with reducing heat.

Cons

The light gets very hot, or the shroud get very hot. The shroud is really too hot to touch. The light with a dimmer from the same company jumps from about $80 to $150.

The high voltage connector coupling on my unit was not torqued correctly. The board cable connection is very fragile and extremely dangerous.

Price

I got it for $54 on sale and now it is $58 so not a very big investment to grow a few herbs indoors.

For the price can't complain i guess
