I had also some trouble connecting with google home on ios but marshall technical support showed me how to connect it with the computer mac it now shows inside google home and its working pretty good ever since

It’s a convenience feature that i can play music on spotify via this speaker anytime by any device but the bluetooth connection sometimes would be interrupted i have the same issue on my “major iii bluetooth” too hope the bluetooth feature could be improved in next generation
