This book is well worth the price.

Paid more or shipping than book, so it was worth my money.
Competitiveness
As a tkd student of over 26 years, i found the book full of useful tips and would recommend purchasing it.
Being over 40 and very recently having started taekwondo, this book did wonders for my mental and physical performance and improvement.
If you are over 40 and are taking taekwondo you have to get this book!
I'm using it to inspire and lead me back into my love of taekwondo, now decades after competing.
