They just didn't sound good so i took my chance on these being slightly more expensive and the martin strings are amazing.
Not sure of the differences but this is a much higher quality string in the same price range.

Even to my intermediate ear they sound noticeably better and seem easier to play

The thicker four strings are easy to put on but the last two thin e and b strings kept snapping back out as i wind them
