The only negative is that i paid extra for the white glove delivery i was expecting that they would be unboxed and the boxes would be hauled away by the delivery service but as you see in the photo they were left in the hallway and not removed from the boxes

But the bookcases were packaged and delivered so well that they didnt have a scratch on themliterally not even a tiny scratch anywhere
