Pros
The stitching is top-notch and the clasp is strong and sturdy. The stitching, buckle, and rings feel really durable. It's screen printed and has metal loops that don't bend. It looks great on my redbone hound!
The pattern is cute with vibrant colors. The peach pattern is so cute! This is the second collar i have ordered from this company and i will be buying more….
The clip works well and it's simple to adjust. It allows me to adjust the collar a little snugger and still be able to remove it by undoing the buckle. It's easy to adjust and doesn't get stuck like some collars.
Cons
This style of collar should only be used for walking a dog on a leash. The buckle is very hard to open, so hard that i will not be using this collar.

I have a throwback pom that has a 1234 neck and i got the small size which goes up to 13

I would suggest if you are close to the upper size limit consider going up a size
