The stripes on the arms are made of a raised cotton material im not great at describing fashion specifics but theyre sewn on so they wont fall apart in the wash

Just be aware that while it is advertised in the headline as a womens shirt the fit is actually unisex so youre going to end up with a larger size than you were expecting if youre like me and dont read the full description

It did seem like a nice shirt so i am returning the small and getting a medium the size i would normally wear
