Pros

This is exactly what i needed under my desk at home. It fits exactly and i'm very pleased. It is easy to maintain and looks terrific.

Cons

The material is so soft that my five-caster dual wheel office chair sinks into it and makes it difficult to move. I am only 110 pounds and it's not like i weigh 300lbs.

Sold rolled. Never did flatten out when put into place. Has no lip and advertised as having such. It has a tint and carpet color barely shows through unlike the mat i'm replacing.

Material is too thin, the chair sinks into the mat. There also seems to be some sideways slippage even though there are spikes on the underside.
