    The book had various moments of sadness that brought out that women of the period didn’t realize that the feelings of a nation is not a humanitarian and her son robert didn’t deserve the recognition he got as a lawyer and book confirmed that conflict mrs lincoln had wasn’t because of her personality it was more a social issues the book has its potential of showing a woman not belonging in 19 century but mrs
