Pros
The combination of ingredients in this product seems to work harmoniously to support skin health and promote a radiant complexion. I keep it refrigerated. I use the regular raspberry one without the hair growth whenever i run out.
Mary ruth's is one of the better-tasting supplements i have come across. The taste is of mango and is easy to take. No issues with swallowing.
My hair feels thicker and healthier than before. My hair feels stronger and shinier but mostly i see the great improvement on my skin.
Only iron supplement i've tried that doesn't cause me to be nauseous or constipated. Takes a little to get used to but the growth and fullness of my hair makes it well worth it.
Cons
Texture is like a partially melted jelly. Doesn't mix well with juice or water to make it more palatable. No new growth.

The price is expensive but it has honestly worked so well for me !
Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies.
