Pros
The elastic waist has some stretch. I like the puffy sleeves. There is a texture to this fabric and it diminishes the appearance of wrinkles, which is a plus!
It is exactly as pictured. The design is great. It is up to you to decide, but honestly, it is nice, and i would recommend it. The puff sleeves are nice and full and the skirt is beautiful!

I love how it has pockets and the inside has another layer or lining, for added comfort.
It is very slimming and fitted in the chest and torso, then flowy in the arms and legs.
I have a really large chest, 36g, and these smocked off the shoulder dresses never fit the way i want, until now!
Price
That's a common problem with more inexpensive items, but worth noting in terms of quality.
