My physiotherapist uses this one herself. It reaches all those spots that ach. Can be used alone with ease or with the help of a partner very soothing after long day great for neck.
Cons
When i put this on the ground to roll out my shoulder blade muscle, it slides on the floor. Why is the bottom not flat? Disappointed and will be returning.
