It is a very comfortable chair and you can absolutely stay seated a long period of time. It glides and moves like butter.
The materiel offers a lot of support as it is not too soft but not too hard. Lumbar massage is a bonus not found on more expensive units. The massaging cushion is a nice touch.
Cons
Its not comfortable. Its not ergonomic. It creaks a lot. Super deep seat means zero back support.

Overall, it's a comfy chair, but i didn't have the chance to try it with the lumbar support.
I came home to find two sweaty teenagers yelling at each other and wrestling with the armrests on the chair.

As i am quite short i was never able to find a really comfortable chair as i felt they were just not made for short people i am 5 i always felt imconfortable and i always had to replace myself as i was always kinda sliding
