I back n shoulder and arse ache lol na i joke but for back and shoulder just what need with shoulder popping out wnen it wants and back i fracturedand felled with nerve left hanging out lol and i’m 28 i’m been in modilty soccer next year aahaha na defo worth it but can go fast so watch out at first
