Pros & Cons
Pros
Like the idea that keyhole is protected by a rubber cap against the water/weather. Quality coating, as well. This is one item that hasn't gotten cheaper or more cheaply made.
Cons
The attached pictures are after about 30 minutes of scraping and spraying trying to clean it off. Looks great but the red quickly faded to bad pink.
The pin is not long enough to fit the 2020 tacoma 2 inch hitch. Never buy a master lock for hitch again.
Low grade stainless steel is slightly magnetic. This is what causes corrosion inside the locking mechanism. Cheap tumbler mechanism corroded up so badly and gelded up the lock. Whatever this receiver lock is made of, it isn’t stainless steel.
The key is difficult to find and get into the slot working under the bumper. Had a hard time pulling the pin. Do not waste your money on this lock and just use a regular pin and clip.
Highlights
Quality
This works great and the rubber cap keeps the lock clean
Very well made and easy to use !
The rubber lock cover keeps water and other contaminants out.
After only 8 months can’t get to unlock.
Shipping
Shipping was prompt, and in good condition.
Competitiveness
The other brand i had constantly bound up making the key difficult to turn, even when oiled.

Minus because the lock end wants to swing down inserting the key being directional you need to keep the orientation in mind

If you don’t keep the lock oiled or lubed it will get stuck but overall very good lock
