The picture is deceptive. Don't buy this. It's not worth returning, but i certainly wouldn't waste money on this, no better than any other non locking hitch pin.

Great, simple, easy to use, no struggling with a weathered clip and pin hole in the cold.
Pivot works and locks in well on both.
I will try a little wd40 and if not better, may send it back for an exchange.
Product is well made overall, but one works better than the other.

For that price, i got 3 of them and they work great
