Pros

The opening and closing action are secure and kinda fun. It's an unusual lock so it's also very easy to spot if you're using a temporary locker.

It fits our y lockers find, and has worked reliably. I've been using a lock with a key (the restitution provided by that gym) but that's not ideal. Great for kids lockers, or mine at the gym or yours at work.

The code is totally customizable and this lock is very strong just like any master brand lock. The small insert instructions are clear and concise and very very simple, surprisingly so. Has worked great and easy to use flawlessly.

The master lock 1500id is a directional lock that can be reset as needed. This lock is such an upgrade from the traditional dial lock. The kicker here is to have a direction-based combination that you will remember.

Cons

The lock appears to be jammed. I suspect the preset combo in the package was wrong but no way to prove it. Even with a positive reset, the lock is not reliable and very difficult to open.
