Pros

It was easy for me to open with combination gaven to me. Heavy & sturdy. Very well made, and very exacting on the combination.

Cons

Sometimes it works, but most of the time i have to make 3 or 4 attempts, before it responds successfully. No numbers around the supposed combination works. Immediately requested a refund.

It pales in comparison to the older one i am using and fails in all categories that made me trust the master lock brand. This is the 2nd lock i have bought in the past year that has failed prematurely.

This is a strong durable lock and works very well.

It failed to lock and once took 5 minutes to get it unlocked.

We couldn't open the lock for the longest.

But for the price, and the new anti-shim feature i am back to using a lock that is slightly harder to break into.

It is a good product, and it is cheaper than i buy it at a store.

It's a master brand and those are normally a hood brand.
