Pros

It was easy for me to open with combination gaven to me. Heavy & sturdy. Very well made, and very exacting on the combination.

Cons

Sometimes it works, but most of the time i have to make 3 or 4 attempts, before it responds successfully. Tried numerous alternative procedures. Even the exchange process is a headache. These locks barely even work at all.

The 3-number passcode was fixed when manufactured, so cannot be customized. Code is incorrect. Combination provided is wrong.

Glad i got this master lock, much sturdier and feels substantial.

This is a strong durable lock and works very well.

It failed to lock and once took 5 minutes to get it unlocked.

We couldn't open the lock for the longest.

The master lock 1588d does not disappoint and it’s priced very fairly.

For price im very happy for a standout color to assist searching my bag for it.

But for the price, and the new anti-shim feature i am back to using a lock that is slightly harder to break into.

I sent it back today via ups and the replacement arrived as soon as i got home from ups store.

This arrived quickly with prime delivery and is the same quality as if we had purchased in a store.
