Someone messed with out boat and i notice this lock was also messed with

Unlocking is easy locking a bit tougher as you have to engage the locking side by pushing the two ends together then turn lock by holding the locking end

My bigger issue is that there is gap between the ends when installed and the outside of the tongue itself and i have a ufp surge brake tongue

Use it for my thule bike rack as the 5834 and 1234 lock was too big for the thule screw type bolt
