You have to be exactly on point with the tumblers which is off to the side of center and the lock mechanism is a little odd but overall its ok

This lock is nice and works fine has the tsa key which is nice the only reason why i’m not giving it 5 stars is because i had a very hard time to do the first set up to activate the lock key it has a weird button on the bottom that is very difficult to manipulate at the same time that you have to set it up
