Should have listened to the other review mentioning this. It turns out the process of getting help from the manufacturer to reset it is non-existant. Is wasn’t removed rather it was mangled to the point of failure.

Looks are deceiving as you can tell from the picture.

Easy to set your own combination and at this price when they get too weathered i just use a new one.

The price was reasonable, and most importantly, the locks worked exactly as advertised.

Tsa knew they were approved locks and sent me right through.

I requested a refund and within a day had a replacement sent.

I got these in advance of a trip to mexico.

Locks are way better than the flexible wire locks that i think tsa struggles to put back on.
