Pros
These lockboxes are durable, easy to use and rarely malfunction. There is a lot of space so you can put several keys in them without them jamming. If you are looking for a solid lockbox, this is a very good choice.
Cons
We have to lather it in wd40 and pry open the door with a flat head to get it to open. Was scolded by customer service for using wd-40.
It's not rocket science, it's amazing how easily people get confused! What a piece of junk. Expected higher quality from a reputable brand. It is not. Complete sham of a product and company.
This thing is ultra flimsy. It feels cheaply made like it’s just plastic.

Master lock are always good quality, solid construction and easy to change codes.
It’s durable and has held up well over time.
They last forever and the dial never gets sticky like others i've used.
Ignoring the fragility of the plastic portion, the shackle itself and the combination dial do function well.
Price
These are my favorite and you can’t beat the price!
It's great because you get 2 for a good price.
Shipping
Shipping was super fast and this box is exactly the box i was looking for.
They came in timely manner and in time to get my listing released with a good lockbox!

Its not exactly the most secure it does feel like a persistent person would be able to break into the center portion with a sledgehammer in a short period

I was worried whether or not it would be secure enough but honestly it would be easier to just kick in the front door than break this lockbox open
