Pros
Changing the preset combo is very easy. The unlocking/locking feature requires 2 step process. Seems much more weatherproof than a 4-dial lock.
It's solid and easy to mount. I love that both the cover and lock door open with a hinge rather than coming off completely. The lock itself is strong and works great. It'ssolid and hefty.
Cons
Box is not 1” deep as advertised. The key pad code would not unlock the lock box. This lockbox is dysfunctional as after setting the code, number 1 won't stay set for the code.
It takes at least 4-5 attempts to get it closed, trying to hold them in and pull my finger out at the last second. Then forget about pressing the release at the top. Hammering a screwdriver in where the latch is popped the case open in about 5 minutes... Read More
The screw to access the battery is very tiny and hard to remove without stripping the head. The mounting screws that are provided are not stainless steel there by the rust. The * are cheap and not very “secure”.
Still only works <20% of the time. There should have been clearer instructions. Returning this asap.

The lock box was very easy to install, just find a sturdy spot, screw it to that spot, set the code and you are ready to go.
After i got my door open, i tried the lock box again and to my surprise it opened.
I forgot my key so when i got home i went to my lock box but i couldn’t open it.

Comes with stainless steel screws but i install them with a hammer drill into block and use masonry screws to hold them in

Would still rather someone damage a lockbox and break in with the key than busting a window or door for access

I tried and tried to no avail so i grabbed a credit card and worked at getting in
