It's for locking your bike up when you want to go to a store, or the bathroom. Easily loops around 6 bicycle frames in a truck bed. Perfect for securing a couple of cheap chairs and a table from casual thieves.
I love how thick it is with a durable casing, and the price was just right. It works fine! Better than expected! Does what it's supposed to, keeps honest people honest.
