Pros

Setting the code was easy and using it has been painless. Only one small downside is there are only 6 digits per row. Master lock sells a nine digit lock and would go with that in the future. It is a good lock, but the combination is preset.

Cons

It's just disappointing to be misled by advertising. Imho it is a totally dysfunctional, poorly engineered piece of junk. Consistent with all our recent purchases from amazon, cheap junk.

The lock mechanism is also very cantankerous because the numbers do not always line up correctly. It's only 4 digits with 6 possible numbers. No where was i prompted to set my own combo before ordering.

Simply for the price it's doing the job i'll park it some within we'll traveled area so no worries
