It appears that if the twist unlock knob is is rotated slightly anticlockwise first, the mechanism will sometimes operate and unlock. Not sure if it's a faulty one or if they are all like it.

I have to seriously say read the instructions before you set the lock code as you can break the box if done incorrectly and it voids the warrenty according to instructions

It also needs socket drivers and a 8mm socket head not screws
