They freeze very easily and are extremely difficult to thaw enough to open. Even after lots of lubrication between freezing. Thawed it out inside for a couple days, lubed it, still won't close.

The weather flap over the keyhole is useless though

After a heavy rain i found that one flap had fallen open and the other actually trapped water inside the keyhole instead of blocking it out
