The lock box is strong and should be secure unless someone wants to use a pry bar to take it off the door handle. It is much bigger and heavier than i expected it to be so i didn't put it around my door knob for fear it will loosen. It’s large enough ... Read More

The lock can of course be opened with standard keypad access too. The lighted keypad is a easy to see; the * are big and sound a tone and blink when you push them. Using the app is the easiest.

The lock is reliable and easy to use. Thankful to have an electronic alternative to sentrilock/supra. The unit is extremely reliable.

Assigning multiple codes is very handy. The codes give each group accountability regarding accessing and locking the building.

Cons

This lockbox is useless. At any price, it's useless; at this price, its performance is inexcusable. A waste of our time and my money.

I'm very weary about leaving keys in this unpredictable lock box. The engineering behind it is horrible, this little lock needs a redesign. Retuned it and opted for a standard rotating dial style instead.
