Top notch product. Only complaint is that it resets after you open it.
The lock box itself is sturdy and reliable. If you are a female real estate agent and you have long nails this is the best lockbox to use. I use this for construction job site, it is durable and useful.
Cons

I was ready to send it back and it was only by accident that i hit a code that worked

Most purchasers would just returned it would would be an inconvenience to me effort to return item and also to amazon return process and effort to take the item back and process a credit note
