First thing i notice when opening the package was the poor plastic housing fitment

It appears that the housing is a snap together 2 part affair that doesnt seal properly

Tip when opening the package youll need to unlock the locks using the key you cannot pry open the locks without unlocking the padlocks

Rubberized and lubricated which should prevent freezing

The bottom plastic part covering the lock has stayed closed and not caused me any issues so far
