Pros

Easy instructions to reset to your own combination. Very clever and convenient.

This lock is used on my crawlspace door. It is bulkier than other padlocks, but i consider that a plus for my application. Extra heavy tells me very well made; shackle long enough to add heavy-duty chain.

Probably as weatherproof as any padlock. Both outdoors in the midwest usa. Only problem is that it doesn't like being rained on.

Cons

After the combination is dialed then the shakle needs to be pulled and rattled several times to open. Tumblers/dial froze and became unusable in less than week. Combo got wiped trying to free tumblers with wd40. Only positive thing is that it opened a... Read More

The quality has deteriorated this much. They are expensive and i don't want to make a rash buying decision. Hoping to hear from the company and get a replacement for the defective product.

Here are my thoughts:sturdy: the lock feels incredibly sturdy and well-built.

These locks were sturdy and did the trick for keeping back yard 6' gates secured .

Had this about a week and the rubber cover for the one kept falling off so finally frustrated and just left it off.

This lock is strong and heavy, allowing you to pick a 4 digit code and has the zero too.

Price

The bluetooth lock was worthless because you needed a phone app to open the lock.

Competitiveness

I've had to change the lock again to another brand b/c of this.

The other 4 dial master lock which is identical to the sesame, you can spin the numbers when it is opened.
