Pros
Easy to install, this comes with 2 keys and instructions in the box. Will screw directly onto wood but drilling needed for brick or concrete wall.
Essential where carers are needed. Combination mechanism works smoothly. No reported issues of jamming or mechanical failure.
Cons
The packaging is as bad as it gets. Would like a refund. Even though the packaging was opened after the return expiry date.
Customer service from master lock totally non-existent. After 12 months of light use the cogs developed a fault and jammed. Ended up hammering it off the wall to retrieve the keys.
