Lock comes with combo of 0000 and to change the combo you need the masterlock 'key' that is supposed to be in the package but was missing. All the locks work well after lubricating the old locks which are ten years old. Pro tip is to spray internal lo... Read More

The number dials spin so freely, it's as if they are not engaging anything. To reset the combination to what you want, the lock has to be in the open/unlocked position. The code reset isn't avaible to a lock that's been used. The numbers are so corrod... Read More

This lock has 2 design flaws. The other flaw is that it is made out of zinc. Must have changed internally. It looks very sturdy but quality is very bad.

Piece of garbage now. Lock got stuck after just under a year.

Also very hard to lock it.
