These locks are the *. Not cheaply made by any means. Lock is heavy duty and well made though a little pricy.
For locking up a shipping container. A 5/16 diameter hardened boron alloy shackle with 1-3/16 inside height clearance.
Cons
Dropped once and bent the “boron alloy” shaft.

I purchased these to be used out doors and with the wisconsin winter weather they are doing surprisingly well.

The keyhole is covered by a thick rubber cover and both arms of the shank fit into tight rubber sleeves

I have bought several locks and within a year or year and a half they broke down rusted or got very hard to lock and unlock
