The bolts come with 2 ballbearings to place in the recess of the bolt head and hit with a hammer to flatten and fill the gap so they cant be removed by a thief with a an allen key

However if theres a chance you may want to remove the anchor in the future you could get the same effect by painting over the ends so you could just dig out the recess at a later date for removal

Someone attempted to steal my motorbike recently and didnt even attempt to damage this anchor they just went for the padlock and they failed to get through that

It might be worth using a 15mm drill bit to make sure the bolts fit very snugly you can always make a small hole a bit bigger but cant easily make a big hole smaller

They never provided anything more than a 5 bike free standing rack that was unsuitable for wider tyres

Then i hammered in the provided ball bearings making it very difficult to remove the anchors
