The only issue is the built in thermometer is junk

It lets smoke and heat escape through gaps in the door and is pretty thin

Have not done this yet but considering sealing side upper vents and drilling 2inch hole in the top and adding about a 4inch piece of pipe

It was a little tricky to get the coals to stay lit because of the ventilation system but onceyou played around with it we got the hang of it
