One of the rear rollers was bent and could not be used

If you lose contact you have to turn it off and reset it up all over again

If you want to keep it looking nice it gets grease spatters and smoke stains all over on the inside

Great replacement for my old masterbuilt which had begun to show its age requiring a new heating element and the inner bottom beginning to corrode

The slanted grease diverter could have been designed better in that you have to remove the tray mounting rack to put it on or take it off
