It is easy to clean. Produces yummy smoked foods with minimal effort. Meat comes out amazing and flavorful.
Cons
Returned due to item not working on arrival. They have no phone or chat support. Look at other brands.

It held the temperative nicely and produced smoke based on the amout of wood chips i put in the smoker tray.
No warning that brining the thighs and legs for more than a couple of hours would make the meat too salty.
Couldn't load and hold more than a handful of chips.
Price
A little pricey but worth every penny.
It will make the cheapest cut of meat taste like you spent a fortune.

I had a problem seeing the digital control and when the smoker heats up the window fogs up and you cant see your food cooking
