The rust is so pervasive that the bracket which holds the heating element is no longer able to be attached to the grill. The grill space is not nearly what they advertise. I did receive the top hopper lid and body kit from masterbuilt.

Customer support consists of an email account that takes 48-96 hours. Takes an hour to get the charcoal going. Is this a practical joke? It takes forever to ignite the fire.
