It works great and now there is no smoke or heat escaping from the door. The size of the * is unbelievable. It has some flaws but for the price it can be a great *.

Operationally, this is nearly perfect. If you have a problem with results, don't give up. After my mod it works great. Worth the final price.

Wood tray works very well and does not need anything else like a cast iron pan. The trick is to get a bowl that is sized to the tray holder (ring) so that it fits just barely under the water pan.

Took me about 3 hours to assemble. It takes specialized tools to put this together. Tools include a head mounted flashlight and a 10mm open ended wrench.

The door closes without scraping and straightening the door also fixed the latch. The shipping engineering needs some adjustments to better protect the contents. The only complaint is the dimensions.

This is the worst * i've ever owned. Flame sensor is a problem on a lot of these that shipped out. Temperature control is a joke. Wood chip pan is so small it won't last 2 hours.

The assembly is tedious. The threaded holes are poorly threaded. Bushings can't be used because of the way the box side of the hinges are made.

Took a month of e-mails to finally get masterbuilt to send me a replacement body part. Their website keeps giving an error when i submit the form.

Real insult is materbuilt's lack of any real customer service. Non of that matters if they refuse to interface with their customers.
