Pros

When combined with a digital remote thermometer it is a foolproof way for every meal to come out perfect. The flavor is off the hook & super tender. Cooks evenly and in quick time. Was craving some smoke ribs over at lucille’s.

Cons

The control panel collects moisture and fails easily even with the cover. The unit shorts out causing breaker to trip and when it finally works it would incorrectly read the internal temp.

Customer support appears to be a sham. Just after warranty runs out. They only replace smokers with the same model instead of refunding your money.

Trying to keep the glass clean is a chore. The paint is not heat resistant so it has all burned out and began to rust. Why they didn't make this out of stainless is beyond me. It is my opinion that it was built with cheap materials and should not be r... Read More
