Pros

Great product. Clean the chip chamber, water tray. The drawer for adding wood chips is still in great shape and works properly. Other models have a rectangular galvanized pan.

Great value *. Accurate internal thermometer makes this * a breeze to cook with. Smoked turkey for thanksgiving, excellent smoke flavor.

Cons

The quality on this * is terrible. The window is useless as it’s caked in smoke after the first use. The smoke escapes from every opening available. The * was done for.

The food got smoked.

The lack of durability blows my mind. It's not pretty, but i suppose it should hold. Given the construction quality and continual component failures, it should be considered a disposable product.

The drain pipe for the extra grease appears to have corroded or popped loose somehow inside of the unit. The legs of the switches corrode and rust up into the switch.

I have had my smoker for at least 4 years and i am still very happy with it.

The masterbuilt wored great and we were able to start cooking at 140 as recommended .

It works fine, but i'll never buy another master built product

Other users seem to have had quality problems with it, but i have not.

There are facebook groups dedicated to masterbuilt electric smokers, so there is plenty of support out there.
