Back panel was bent and so was the drain spout needed cooker for a party the next day so no choice to send back or ask for a replacement

The thermostat will not allow usage of the smoker in outside temperatures that are below freezing

This can be fixed by bringing the temperature of the sensor up to above freezing to have the thermostat controls turn on the element
